I love acting and I want some GOOD advice on how to be one when I get older?

PLZ, don't answer if you don't know anything about it. I am 12 right now, and I live in Kansas, and what can I do now and when I get older to try to become one?I love acting and I want some GOOD advice on how to be one when I get older?
First u need to look like a model. Second u need to be either really nice or really mean. Last u need to know how to get in touch with certain emotions and be ready to get to them any time.I love acting and I want some GOOD advice on how to be one when I get older?
Don't give up, that's like the golden rule in everything in life. Don't give up, not matter how many times ur rejected and told u can't do it. If you have a passion for it go for it!!!

Also, take acting classes, listen to ur director (never never never never never argue with ur director!!!!), tryout for things (don't wait the be found) and have fun!!

GOOD LUCK!! I hope you have a great acting future ahead of you!
Acting ain't easy. Time is money when you're a movie star.

I'd suggest joining an acting class when you start High School. Graduate, study film in College. e

Travel to Hollywood. Find someone that likes your stuff. Find out if it's your thing first. You won't know if you're good unless you try acting.

Audition as many plays as possible. I'd also suggest you travel to New York to look for places to act.
Start acting immediately, the key is to audition, for EVERY play in you area. I can guarantee you will be rejected a lot, nothing personal, it happens to the best of us ALL THE TIME. DON'T EVER let it get you down. Ask yourself: Are you a singer or a dancer? Refine BOTH with a ton schooling. Enjoy the plays you get into, they won't last forever. REMEMBER, you can go from playing a lead to nothing in the blink of an eye, don't be discouraged. This business takes desire, determination, and tenacity. Don't give up.
hey!*!

i would do whatever you can locally to get some training and experiance ( school plays, drama workshops, voice and dance lesson...) If you want to audition for a place like barbizon or John Robert Powers then you can but they are known for being expensive and promising more then they can give. I however, have had a positive experiance at jrp. i took a runway class, an intro to tv and film class, and a commercial class. JRP teaches you valuble information such as hair, makeup, wardrobe, runway, commercials, cold reads, improv and more. If you expect to get famous right away off of JRP then you are going to be disapointed. The classes are good training and you could possibly get legit representation out of it. JRP doesnt make everyone happy though. I got an agent out of JRP but i consider myself lucky and one of few people. They hold casting calls with agents once a month and you read a commercial and submit your headshots and resume. It is a conveniant way to register with agents. If JRP or barbizon is not for you, stick to local training, get some pictures done (they dont have to be really expensive) and register with agencies. Your goal will be to find legit representation to help you get jobs!

GOOD LUCK!!
something everyone looks for is looks. make yourself pretty . looks isn't everthing the main thing is acting. practice in front of a small audience. if you have a drama club at school go for it or if they have plays try to get a part. since you are only 12 you are obviously not in high school but when you do try to see if they have drama classes over. this will help you practice and overcome stage fright. when you think you are ready sign up with an agent for an acting career. then you will have to wait for a call back and when you do you have to audition for whatever you are auditioning for. you must hope you did good and got the part and your career will be set.
Get famous now, and when you get older you'll also find a job easier.

Start classes. Get a person like of guidance, and get good photos of yourself close up.
Take some acting classes. And audition for plays. Also, you may want to learn how to sing and dance as well.

When you are 18 years old, you could move to New York or Los Angeles and take classes, audition and get an agent.
