For standard birds (largefowl) they will need at LEAST 2 sq. feet per bird. So, if you have 15 birds, you will need at LEAST 30 sq. feet for your run. (The run is the place where the birds will walk around in during the day.)

As for the coop, there is a bit more lee-way. You can have anywhere from 1 cubic foot to 10 cubic feet.

I use 2 roosts (places where the birds perch on to sleep at night). One is lower to the ground than the other.

Don't forget about nest boxes as the hens will need a place to lay their eggs.

I use feeders for the birds so that they have access to feed at any point in the day. Crumbles reduce the chance of feather-picking (birds being bored and pick each other's feathers out). By feeding crumbles, the birds spend more time eating to get the same amount of feed as they would have with crumbles. It just gives them something to do during the day.
