hi. i run a time of 10.44 secs for 100 meters and i wud say run on ur toes, bring knees up to a 90'c angle. also, wen u prepel forward, push ur legs back as far as you can (within reason) lol. u shud push ur arms infront of u until they reach a 90'c angle also whilst ur other arm is pushed back.

my answer would have to be try and hold your breath for as long as you can but just don't kill yourself doing it. or what i do pretend something is chasing you and imagine if you imagine a dog imagine the dog breathing on your legs and barking that what i try
try and keep healthy have your 2 fruit and 5 veg and no junk food like lollies or even like McDonald's.Do your stretches ever day and take a jog around where you live and play sports.And by the way the record is like 9 second and something milliseconds.And good luck
Run, break, run then have a break each day. Keep flat hands while and practice!





Have long-ish strides, and watch the 100m runs in the olympics and see what you are doing wrong.
