Ok I'm 17 and I have been going to the gym for a while now and I know what to do in the gym but what else could I be doing? I take protein shakes. I alternate between casein and whey protein. do compound movements when working out like squats, deadlifts, powercleans, bench press and overhead press and eat foods with high protein such as tuna and white meats. taking a whey protein shake after workouts will really help too for adding mass and repairing muscles.Advice on how to be fit and gain muscle?
I don't know about gaining muscle. But I look pretty toned in general, just because I'm pretty sure I have 0% body fat. So you could work on the diet part I guess...
